In biopsy report , it shows moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and multiple grey white pieces of tissue together measuring 0.5*0.4*0.2 cm... i just want to know stage of cancer and which treatment praferrable

You seem to. Be suffering from malignancy of the Larynx. For staging of the cancer more information is required such as CT scan and video laryngoscopy. Treatment options include surgery or chemo radiation. There are multiple factors which decide on treatment of choice and more information is required to suggest about treatment of choice
