Vocal cords swelling
Laryngitis from last four years .suggest what to do???.what precautions should i take??.give me best opinion.

Chronic laryngitis can be treated only by medications. You need to give voice rest, drinks frequent sips of water, take steam inhalation and do voice relaxation exercises. Along with that you may need to take anti reflux medications.
