Vocal cord dystopia is very rare disorder where vocal cord muscles contract involuntarily. I am not sure how correct is the diagnosis as it is a rare and difficult diagnosis. You may need to consult experienced ENT specialist who is specialized in voice a disorders and phonosurgery for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
