Is Siberian ginseng & ginkgo biloba helpful/good for the treatment of vitiligo ? Should one give it a try ?

Hi Vitiligo is an autoimmune skin disorder. This means that your own immunity is attacking your pigment making cells or melsnocytes. Vitamins and antioxidants are surely part of the treatment. And that I'd where the ginseng comes into play. However using a topical immunomodulatory cream with combination with phototherapy gives best chances if repigmentatiln. If the condition has been stable without spreading for more than 2 years you can even consider melanocyte cell transfer for repigmentation
