Vitamin D low levels
I have consistent low levels of D and B12 vitamins. Visited many doctors and undergone many tests to know the reason for less absorption by body. But no one is able to find the exact cause. I m suffering from heel pain knee jerks and muscle pulling sensations. Please advice me how can i make my body absorb these vitami

Hey,there are many causes for deficiency ,it could be dietary deficiency, absorption problem, enzyme deficiency ,inflammatory conditions etc.... Need to undergo complete evaluation ,consult general physician in higher hospital
