My mother vitamin D level has come to low. She feels tired all time her leg bone she feels hollow and she feels lot of pain even while touching. She also feels like her body temperature rises and feels warmth near her ear. She also feels frequent urge to pee. Which was a problem then but as vitamin D is related to liver. I am really worried what should she have so that her vitamin D level rises. And also her bone density. Pls need a suggestion. She took 2 months medication nothing helped .

The body gets vitamin D through sun exposure and foods such as: Soy products like tofu and soy chunks, mushrooms, oranges (Most fruits lack vitamin D with the exception of oranges.), Opt for alternative milk like soy. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon, Beef liver, Cheese, egg yolks
