Vitamin d deficiency

I got my vitamin d3 checked and its very low (8.0). My legs pain all the time and i feel energyless all the time. Please suggest.

Hey, vitamin D in your body is too low — can cause your bones to become thin, brittle or misshapen.  milk and yogurt, and fatty fish, such as salmon, trout, tuna and halibut are sources of vitamin D . Medical conditions like thyroid problem, renal osteodystrophy, autoimmune condition can also lower serum calcium ,consult physician
