Vitamin B12 128 pg/ml
Hi experts, I recently had my B12 levels checked, and the result came back at 128 pg/mL, dropping from 220 pg/mL six months ago. I have ongoing gastric issues and am currently taking homeopathic treatment. my diet is strictly vegetarian mainly green foods, and not taking any non-vegetarian items. Homeopath doctor advised taking mecobalamin. Could you please recommend a suitable brand name, dosage (in mg or mcg), and the ideal time of day to take the supplement for best absorption?

You can take any brand of methyl cobalamin. But I will suggest you should take it in injectable form
