Vision vertically shaking (only one eye)
About 4 days ago i experienced this for the first time for about 20 minutes. Today i woke up and it hasn't gone away since. When i try to focus my left eye in something i see as if my vision was shaking vertically, but when i look in the mirror my eye looks still. I feel pressure in the upper part of the back of the eye.

Tell me some points - whether you can move your eye freely in all directions?
Ask any one else to watch whether your range of movement is full & free in all directions or not?
Do you have any difficulty in vision ?
Do you have any systemic illness like Diabetes , Hypertension, Thyroid related problems or anything else ?
