Vision problem
Hello Doctor, My father has been having a vision problem where he can read properly in day light but once it is evening or night, he cannot read properly under artificial light( tube light or bulb).

Has he been having this problem for past many years or has recently developed. If it developed recently, it may be due to cataract or glaucoma or other age related eye diseases. If it had developed in middle age it may be some other eye problem. (Cataract or genetic disease such as retinitis pigmentosa)
