Vision problem
Doctor, I'm 14 years old. I have myopic astigmatism on my both eye. My eye power is - LE(SPH:-0.75, CYL:-0.50), RE(SPH:-2.50, CYL: -0.50). I had dizziness before 2 weeks. The dizziness has gone after taking some medicine. But, for few days, I think that my vision is tilted in some degree. I have attached a pic of my vision example. My eye power was last changed more than 6 months ago. Is it due to power changing problem or is it due to another cause? Please help, doctor.

I would suggest to get your vision and refraction checked again ,if possible this time get a dilated refraction done and also get a squint assessment done
