Should I being a moderately myopic person use my old glasses for reading purposes n normal daily glasses for other activities. Would using the sharper vision glasses for reading can stress my eyes more?
As I get headache sometimes by reading for 3to 4 hours consistently
Help plz

Hi ,old or new...does not matter ..
If the number is correct , u should not get headache ..
And there could be other causes of headache too..like too much screen time .

That can strain your eyes. Please stick to one particular number. If you aren't comfortable with the current glasses, please get your number rechecked.
