Visible strong pulsations in body
Sir/Ma'am kindly advise on potential cause and next steps. My symptoms are 24*7 1. Visible strong moving heart beat pulse in stomach area 2. Visible up and down pulse in hand wrist and legs 3. Visible up and down pulse in neck both left and right side. 4. Tiredness 5. Body shakiness while laying on bed Bp 112/64 Resting heart rate 65-70 I m muscular and little fatty not thin Family history of heart attack in late 60s Sir is it aortic regurgitation or arotic abdominal aneurysm or just aniexty. Continues symptoms from 3 months. Doing light exercise and meditation too. Never smoked or drinking habits. Thanks

It could be anything. Or sometimes it can also be normal without any abnormality. Your blood pressure and heart rate are within normal limits. It is good that you dont consume alcohol or smoke. However I would suggest you to get ECG, 2D ECHO and USG Abdomen done. These test can rule out aortic regurgitation or abdominal aortic aneurysm.
