Visibility getting down and eye pain

Hello Doctors, This is Rishabh Jaiswal. I am suffering from Eye problem and looking forward for your help on below : Visibility in my left eye is getting down. And I am also not able to work on system as it causes so much of pain in my eye while operating it. I have done some tests also in Delhi. I have attached my reports along with the prescription given by the doctor available here. Just need to confirm with you whether I should proceed further with the given prescription or is there any other way to cure the problem. Please help me out. Expecting your response.
