Virus on top of cold

Asked for Male, 18 Years

My doctor has told me that I have heartburn/Gerd and I am on meds for them. I have always had hayfever as well but now the doctor said I have developed a virus on top of the hayfever. I have been having cold and flu medicine for 5 days now and ran out. Working slightly but still having chest pain, sore thrown,post nasal drip,cough and sneezing
