Viral fever.
Hi, my daughters 9 months old n weights about 8.7 kg, we had consulted a paed, on last saturday, as she had sudden rise in body temperature. It was 99.90 degree Fahrenheit. Dr prescribed calpol suspension. N said its viral fever. Baby's better. But I want to know what's the normal body temperature for infants!?

Normal body temperature in infants is 97.5-97.8°F if measured in axilla...rectal temperature will be little higher.
