Violent behaviour during pms and menses
Since many years I am having violent outbursts during periods and before PMS I feel like sitting at home and be alone and unbearable cramps I like places with no noise at all.

This is pre menstrual syndrome nothing to worry about. But during this time take analgesic to avoid cramps and try to be normal not think about menses take less water during this time .
