Hi welcome - This is some instant physical effect not chronic sickness,this type happend to all even fit persons. So I suggest avoid all spicy,fried, oily foods. only home foods, No junk,fast foods, simply vegetables, fruits,homely meals keeps all fit & free from food borne disorders or food poison or hygiene. Also keep your bowel clear, more water, electrolytes are preferred. Any food causes gas or indigestion avoid simply.
These can be symptoms of some stomach infection. Visit a physician or a gastroenterologist. Also avoid taking too spicy food as it can be harmful for gut lining.
