You may have either true vertigo where you feel the  sensation that you, or the environment around you, is moving or spinning.or light headedness. There are many causes of dizziness from middle ear issues ,low blood pressure or from the nervous system. If your neurologist has not found any problems, you should consult with a ENT surgeon to clinically examined .Though CT scan is sensitive , MRI is preferred in some instances.
