Very low libido and ejaculation (Pssd)

I was having treatment of plantar fascitis from a orthopedist so he decided to treat it by medicines. He prescribed Duloxetine (Dulot 20) SNRI because he felt that i was anxious about the problem. After 20 days approx i will the problem of late ejaculation but i ignored since i didnt know this medicine was doing it. So i igonred this and doctor prescribed more 1 month of this duloxetine and after finishing 60 tablets( 20 mg each) I felt great loss of libido and no arousal at all, volume of ejaculation was very less and sperm was rubbery 3-4 drops only and it takes very long to ejaculate. I literally have no sexual desire whereas before this medicine I was completely normal in my sexual desire arousal and ejaculation. I was never depressed but doc prescribed it according to his choice he was no psychiatrist still he prescribed. Plz help me out sir/mam to withdraw this sexual side effects. I want my sexual life back. Is there any hope/medicine to recover from this sexual dysfunction?
