Very light periods
For the last year, I've started having extremely light periods. Only moderate bleeding on the first 2 days, all day almost nothing (spotting) from day 3 till 5-6. I exercise regularly and I have quite a bit of insomnia and stress. Maybe that's related? Should I be worried or checking for something in specific?
