I usually have very heavy flow during the first two days of my menstrual cycle where i need to change my tampoms every hour, but this time (first time) my flow is very low where i can sustain in one tampon for an entire day. No possibilties of pregnancy(tested negetive). I do have sexual intercourse with my partner. What should I do?

If your pregnancy test is negative (single dark pink line) then there's nothing to worry. Scanty flow in this month maybe a temporary problem. Next month cycles maybe regular with a normal flow. If the same problem persists, get a thyroid profile done and consult a gynaecologist.
Hope it helps.
