Very High power
My eyes are very week. Its nearly -7.25 sp and -4 cy of left and simliarly a bit lesser for another. But I am wearing glasses of lesser power and i am comfortable in them. First question is-Is it ok to do so?, Second- Should I consult a senior doctor ? I am so worried is my condition ok?

Hello, Do let us know about your previous glass prescriptions, if there has been frequent change in the number. If you are comfortable with your glasses, minor under correction is okay. Do get examined by ophthalmologist nearby to rule out any thinning disorder of cornea like keratoconus/ PMD/ TMD, get a dilated retinal examination and a baseline topography for keratoconus screening.

For such higher numbers, usually a  little undercorrection is given. If you are comfortable then need not to worry,Continue with  the lower number. But if your number is increasing then you must get the corneal topography done .
