Vertigo spell after lymph node tightened
While yawning at work earlier today what I believe was a lymph node popped out from under my jaw with a very significant knot, and began to seize up the entire right side of my neck and jaw (like when you stretch and get a Charlie horse). This knot then disappeared suddenly and I began to get very hot and sweat profusely. I began to head to the bathroom and my eyes became dark and disoriented as (when you stand up too fast). My ears clogged up and I began vomiting. Any idea what this could be?

Middle War pressure changes during yawning can suddenly stimulate inner ear which can cause symptoms you have described. If your symptoms were short lasting and not recurrent then you need not worry much about it. If your symptoms reccur then you may need to consult a neuro otologist
