I have meinere disease.iam taking betahistine tablets.and I feel verigo problem .still I feel verigo problem.regularly iam doing exercises bt still I feel verigo problem.is this life long problem or curable please help me.

Menieres disease is one of the common cause for episodic giddiness. Sometimes diagnosis may be difficult as few other conditions may mimic this condition. If diagnosis is confirmed it is normal to have few attacks of giddiness even on treatment. If your symptoms are significantly severe even with betahistine then you may need intra tympanic steroid injection for better results
