Vertigo and congestion behind eyes.

Hi. I have had a minor sinus surgery in 2005. From past 5 years I am experiencing congestion/pressure behind eyes and forehead. Sometimes I have slight dizziness when physical activity is more. Doctor had advised me to inhale steam and do few breathing exercises and yoga. This helped me a lot. Later few days ago I experienced severe vertigo and consulted ENT doctor. I was made to undergo few tests including blood tests, brain CT scan, ECG, 2d echo abdomen scan etc. The cardiologist informed me that the ECG test recorded a low heart beat of 52. He made me to have a treadmill test and my heart pumped up as expected. He said I don't have any problems and prescribed tab Vertin for 2 weeks. The situation is under control now. However I still have the pressure/congestion sometimes. Do I have any serious symptoms of any health issues? Why does this happen and how should I proceed with any further diagnosis? I appreciate all the help on this.
