Vericocele
I am 23 years old...I had a surgery of vericocele of left testicle on 15th march 2018. pain is not continuous its like the heart beat and a sharp pain for 2-3 seconds. My left testicle is swollen and hard and right one is as it before. my penis getting harder again and again and discharging. is this ok? help me

Consult to your operating surgeon first.. Bcoz in vericocele there is no hard swelling present
