Venous vein engorgement and vericocele.

Hello sir , My problem is one day suddenly after masturbation (Vigorous) i saw my 4 venous veins engorged and it feels very tight in erection and in flaccid they feel firm... And also had testicular pain .. So in ultrasound i was diagnosed with vericocele all sudden grade 2 in both sides ...  And i can see at left side in base of middle penis shaft , there is continuous painfull lump , and visible green veins , one is going up in penis and 2 are going down to testis , also that area feels bit hard to press than right side... And its paining in erection a lot and in erection left side takes time to erect then right side ... So is there any connection of my penis vein engorgement , pain and vericocele ??? I do have morning erections But left side pain a lot after erection is down and pain feels like someone has punched my penis... Kindly help i am very tensed and depressed...Thank you...
