Veiny penis. Reading160/120 (anxiety!

As far as i remember i didnt have such veins on my penis, but since last month i am having health/illness anxiety due to which any typeof thing i Discover about my body worries me and yes i have consulted sexologist but due to me having covid i cant go out physically, but have consulted online, but still i am worrying i dontknow why, i am attaching a pic although the pic is. ot good i have more veins on the side of penis but they just look like this more or less, if i foreskin they become more prominent, please guide me,the veins become more prominent on erect penis, and still more or less visible on flaccid too, i know my penis very much it could be i have just noticed it now but still i think that what i have discovered is new,and itwasnot therebefore , the veins dont hurtbut they look scary especially on this part of body and on an ercet penis, even while having sex i try hide it asmuch as possible, can it be due to high blood pressure, because i had some high reading160/120(anxiety
