I started light weight training in gym and after 4-5days I noticed my veins are getting prominent and some of them are popping out. I immediately stopped exercises. But my concern is they will remain or go off.. Its been 15days. Or I need to consult any doctor?

Where do the veins pop out?
If it is in the legs it might be varicose veins.
Consult a local doctor to get it ruled out.
