Veins popped out
After 4-5 days of light weight training in gym I noticed my veins are getting prominent even some of them are popping out on hands and leg.. I immediately stopped exercises.. Its been 15 days.. My concern is will they remain or go off with time or I need to consult a doctor and which specialist I should go for?

hey, its due to burn of fat underlying skin and muscle hypertrophy its normal for all so do cardio exercise , don't lift weights
