This minimal increase in power should have no major effect on eye. Ideally at this age, power should not increase
such power increase point towards
A. Interindividual variability
B. Earlier nuclear sclerosis I.e.cataract
If you are comfortable with your old glasses then there is nothing to worry
You can wear your old glasses without any side effects
