Vasculitis- means- inflammation to the blood vessels causing various organ manifestations.
There are various types of vasculitis
Large vessel / medium / small vessel.
This inflammation occurs due to defective immune system in the body causing autoimmunity.
Yes. Good treatment options are definitely available in India. Early treatment is the key
Sop - depends on the type of vessel involved and the condition of the patient.
Small vessel - steroids / rituximab / cyclophosphamide.
For large vessel - steroids / tocilizumab / Tnfi
