Please try massage therapy with warm Mahanarayan oil.
Leg pain may have many reasons.
Seasonal change also is a reason for pain in body parts.
Also try to reduce weight by yoga and exercise.
Take Triphala powder 1-2 tsp before bed at night with normal water.
