Is there any simple homemade remedies which I can take on everyday basis which can help in strengthening the veins . I don't feel pain neither it heats only it happen when I eat some chicken and as well as I have started walking a lot . But when I touch on my left side I sometime feel vein is okay and sometime it feels like bulge.

Do regular oil massage. Either with medicated oil or with simple coconut oil. But make sure you do it in the upward direction. That is from the feet up to the thigh. After the massage for at least 10 minutes take a hot water bath. This will help. You can try wearing stockings while you are walking
