Varicocele
I am feeling 4/10 pain near right side of penis region. I couldn't find any visible abnormalities both testis and their sizes are same but one tiny pimple sized growth near to right testis near to veins on examining. Pain is felt more on veins going to right side of scrotum.
USG report:
Male 23
Right T: 2.9x1.8x3.4 cm
Left T: 3.4x2.7x1.6 cm
Mild dilation of pamniform plexus veins noted bilaterally with reflex on R side.
Impression: Bilateral grade I varicocele more on R side

Hi. The pimple is probably a sebaceous cyst or furuncle. Grade 1 varicocoele usually don't need any treatment unless they cause subfertility. Please consult a urologist to find out more about your problem.
