Few prominent and tortuous venous channels are seen in left side of pampiniform plexus above the head of epididymis which show augmentation of calibre (upto 5.2mm)and flow of venous channels.
Left testis is normal in size & show hypoechoic echotexture. No focal lesion is seen.
Left epididymis is mildly enlarged in siz
