Vajeinal pain and abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I m having this pain for more tan 6 days . I went to a&e before 4 days and they did urine test and abdominal scan but there is no any infections. That scan was because of medical termination before 1 month. They can’t find anything from that. Still I m having that pain. I am scared because I took over dose before 2 day from that pain started even I got bleeding when I pee. Now it was stopped but the pain is still there. I overdosed 3 times. Is it because of that?
