I had a UTI some 8-9 months ago for the 1st time. then 2-3 months later I started to get a thick curd like vaginal discharge. It was smelly and very bad (i would stain my clothes). I visited a gynaec. She diagnosed it as vaginal yeast infection and after 2-3 rounds of vaginal (candidias) tablets she finally gave me AF Kit. Now tho the discharge is odourless and not very itchy, but its still there..Its been 6 months and I get this on and off fr a day or two and then it goes away and comes back. My gyanec cant seem to catch it and put it to rest. What are my options? Also I have been diagnosed with PCOD recently.

Vaginal candidates is an opportunistic infection.medicine can act temporarily.but it's your low immunity, that you are having recurrent infection..
1.maintain hygiene.wash hands before going to toilet.
2.boost your immunity by taking healthy diet.take milk and milk products .Lactic acid bacillus in curd maintains vaginal pH and thus immunity.
3.avoid using public toilets
4.drink plenty of fluids orally.
