Dear Doc, My 32yr old sis is facing with vaginal loosening post abortion from 2017, she's undergoing psychological and relationship because of this issue,it's been 4years since she's undergoing with this issue ,is there any probability of curing this problem with medicines as she cannot afford for surgery,her period bleeding has also reduced post abortion,is there any underlying health issue? please help
