There have been sores developing in the crease between my labia majora and my thigh. This started after it started getting hot and I wear jeans to work everyday

Apply T bact.  Avoid tight cloths. Keep hygiene.  Try to lose weight if you are overweight. Consult gynecologist and get local examination done.
