Through what symptoms can I know that my yeast infection is not caused by albicans sps.or that my treatment is not right?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  There will be a lot of itching and also there will be a whitish cheesy dischage foul smelling. By that you can know that you sre having candidiasis. A swab of the dischage when looked at under the microscope under KOH mount will confirm the diagnosis. Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
