  4. Vaginal problem. So what could it be?

I've gotten over a yeast infection, but I've recently noticed its really itchy and red down there, front and back and a little sore too. There's clear discharge. Also my urine is really dark orange and yellow. I've been checked for STIs and I'm clear so what could it be? Thanks in advance :)
