I have been having rashes near anus and it slowly spread to vagina can I use monocef 200mg twice a day for 3 days? Will it reduce the infection? I observe spot kind of rashes on the vaginal area and I'm temporarily using betadin ointment

Continue above treatment..maintain local vaginal hygiene ..apply clotrimazole powder locally..
