Im suffering frm this problem frm past 1 week...der is severe itching with off white colored granular type discharge...pls let me kno possible causes fr dis...n how to prevent this further...i wnt to cure this as soon as possible...

I can understand your concern.
It seems to be a vaginal fungal infection.
Keep the area clean and dry as much as possible.
You can use candid v-gel as per instructions on the leaflet and it should improve.
If it still persists, consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
