Vaginal discharge

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have been suffering with a chance in faeces and abdominal pain since February I have informed my GP and am awaiting an appointment. However lately I have noticed a lot more vaginal discharge which is watery and am wondering if this is something to be worried about and if they are linked.
