I have been prescribed augmentine 625mg, Singoflam SR 200 & SUMAG ointment for vaginal boil/cyst developed in the inner part of the area. It's causing pain when I sit.

Try taking sitz bath or hot fomentation. In case after the course of antibiotics also it doesn't subside, sometimes it needs to be excised and drained surgically.
