Vaginal bleeding pregnancy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I’ve been having this headache for 3 days really bad to were I can’t sleep. Well I’m 3 months pregnant and last night I woke up to my pjs soaked in blood my urine has blood in it as well with little clots uterus feels like I’m having contractions as well. Please help.
