Vaginal bleeding and weight issue

Hi!I've been experiencing regular stomach ache and slight bleeding even after period.ive been getting intimate with my partner but haven't had sex actually but I am scared of the sudden pain and bleeding issue and also I'veput on weight so please help me out

You need to control weight. Bleeding in between periods is not good. You need to do hormonal levels. Thyroid profile Prolactin levels Get examined by gynecologist.
