Vagina bleeding....post partum
MRI test shows lobulated heterogeneous hemorrhagic mass with peripheral hemosiderin staining within the endometrical cavity in the fundus invading the endometrium and right lateral uterine myometrium almost upto the serosal surface causing severe thinning of the wall. This indicates retained products of conception with placenta increta / percreta
